2. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
If the customer selects payment with credit card, they will be transferred to a secured server of the Greek Bank Alpha. There the customer gives the credit card data (number, expiration date, CVC/CVV code) and if the credit card is accepted, the chosen amount is being added to the customer's credit balance at komboloi.net. Simultaneously, the customer will return to komboloi.net, where is given the information needed about the outcome of the transaction. The whole process is quite simple and fast and it is completed in only two steps:
Step 1: Transition to secured server of Alpha Bank
Step 2: Return to Constantin - komboloi.net, you will receive all the information concerning the outcome of the transaction. In case of successful transaction the amount is charged to the customer's credit balance; on the contrary, in case of failure, the customer is informed, and can repeat the process, using the same or a different credit card.
The process of the credit card is total safe. Komboloi.net is not being paid directly; the customer is being transferred to a secured server of the Greek Bank Alpha. The server uses SSL Protocol (Secure Socket Layer) - 128 bits. The credit card data is not stored anywhere by komboloi.net and it is used only during the transaction and for its purposes, by Alpha Bank..
CVC / CVV code is a three-figure number at the back of your credit card (at the right side). It is asked for advanced security reasons and it is almost impossible for someone to know them.
3. CASH ON DELIVERY
The customer has also the opportunity to pay with cash upon delivery, when the item is send through our affiliate shipping company. To what countries and with what amount limits, is this payment method available?
Our e-shop enables you to return back the products for any reason, that you are not obliged to make known to us. The return of the products should be done into 10 workday's time from the delivery date of your order. In order to accept the order back we demand the following:
1) The goods must be in the condition that they were when you received them. This means that that package must not be opened and the product must not be used.
2) Together with the product you must return all the documents. Moreover you must return the guarantee.
Our company suggests that you should make an initial check during the order delivery. So that you are ensured that the package does not have any deficiencies (broken product, or wrong product). This check is not obligatory and does not have to do anything with your rights. For your quicker and better service it would be better to send together with the product the delivery notes.
DECLARATION OF PRODUCTS RETURN
In case you wish to return the product that you have ordered you must complete the contact form that exists in our e-shop and then submit the form to us.
RETURN ARRANGEMENT WAYS
If you decide to return the products that you have purchased you can select the way of arrangement. Our e-shop provides the following ways:
1) Return of your money. The way of the return of your money depends on the payment way that you have selected. The amount of money will be returned either by canceling the charge of your credit card, or by depositing the amount on the bank account that you have indicated, or by sending a money order if you have paid by cash on delivery.
2) New products Shipment. The new product may be the same or similar to the previous or you may select another product from our e-shop.
3) Repair of the products that you have returned.
RETURN WAY
Any return of the products is done, using the same shipping service (Postal, courier) with the original shipping.
COMPLETION OF RETURN PROCESS
The money return process will be completed into 30 days from the date of return of the product. Modifications during this period of time can be done only when you have selected a way of return money that requires more time (like repair of the product).
RETURN COST
Constantin – komboloi.net, will pay shipping costs of the returned items when:
1) The product has been delivered damaged.
2) The product does not have the features as presented in our e-shop.
In any other case the customer will pay the shipping costs, to return the item.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Our Company has the right to modify the transaction terms. Our company has the responsibility to inform directly the contents of the text that refers to the transaction terms whenever a change is decided. Our e-shop follows the International and European Law for electronic commerce transaction as well as the Law that refers to the Consumers? Protection (N 2251/ 1994) that regulates the issue of sales from distance.
